Me and my husband have been out of a job and have been trying hard to make the payments for wells fargo and requested them to work out a payment plan and they come up with having to make the payment at any cost. We tried and came up with half of the payment for one month and they pushed us till we finally told them that we cannot make more than half for that particular day the agent took the payment after making a mess. We informed her to post a check for 2 weeks after the payment date for the remaining half of one month payment and she decides to post a payment a payment for the entire payment due which was two months. We called in to postpone the payment and spoke to a different agent so this lady got all mad at us and calls my husband and started questioning him why did he postpone the payment when she already set up a check.

Yet again they pushed us for one more payment the week after and we could not come up with the total amount so called in to make a partial payment. The agent put us on hold and he put their supervisor on the call and his name was Matt. This guy was absolutely rude, sarcastic and we tried to tell him that we dont have funds in the bank for the total payment and we can make the partial payment. He just says stop wasting time and get the payment in. When we tried to explain him our problem he did not care on bit and he goes " How about coming and picking up your car". So my husband asked him are you threatening me and this guy was mocking us the whole time and trying to push us to use profanity. We asked him for his last name and this Matt guy says they are not allowed to give their last names. When most of the financial agencies do identify their agents with first and last name. We took this supervisor's Employee Id and he goes "oh so you gonna give me a compliment".

Finally the Supervisor did not agree to put a hold on the check and we wanted to file a law suit against this guy for trying to threaten and not cancel the check payment. We called back the next day yet again to wells fargo to stop the payment and all along these people knew that we need 24hours for the stop payment to be activated so they played us till the last minute so that way the check can just go through. The agent whose name was Natalie gets on the call and my husband was telling her that he had been calling to put a hold on the check and she goes "I figured". These people dont want to understand that they have a job to talk rubbish but we suffer in their hand because of their bad remarks no matter how hard we try to workout and make payments to keep the car.

Wells fargo has never been helpful and some of the agents leave messages like you call back today and the decision will be made. They lie about having no work out plans for customers who are behind on payments.

Some one needs to initiate Class C action agains Wells Fargo for their bad collection practices which half the time do not comply with the Fair Debt collection act.

They need to learn customer service and stop talking rubbish and do their job properly. I am so totally disgusted with these people that I would not want to do anything with this company as a whole. The wells fargo management needs to change or they need to hire better people.
