I put an order 6/24 for licensed copy of my birth certificate - shipping 10-12 business days. Attempted calling them thru mail - response-time 5 business days!!! No method to contact by telephone, claims live online, CAN'T entry therefore today method to make contact. I want this birth certificate for passport and attempting all of the monitoring of their website there's no method to get a solution. I'll NEVER make use of this service again OR can I suggest this service to anybody who requires or requires a support. When they can't offer an address or telephone number is that this the best organization?
