I'm creating this supplement to VitalCheks for assisting me in a regular and organized manner. I don't understand what these others are referring to since I applied VitalChek.com to-order a Professional Birth Certificate from Kern Region on 5/04/09, sent in a notarized "Sworn Stament" on 5/05/09 (after business hrs), they shipped my birth cert.in my experience on 5/06/09 and received my Licensed Birth Certificate on Friday 5/08/09... WOOOOOOW!!! That's support!
