my wife father, funeral was on this, we made it to the cemetery, and was just sitting in the funeral home cars, not noing what was going on. Now holy cross had three days to get the grave ready, so we sit in the cars about 10 min, and ond of the woker came and took us to the mausoleum, where we had to leave his body, not noing where he would be put, was hard on the family, this is and experience that hurt everyone, something that none of us understand. Wen't back the next day to fine out where he was, and his flowers was on someone else grave, so this hurt my wife one more time. So on 02/01/07 i mailed a letter to the cemetery, and about a week later i call to talk to the manager, he was not in, call back two days later, never call back. So today i call and talk to him, and it was like he had no feeling about what happen, i no that it was not his people, but he could have had some sad'nest, ask him if my wife could get some kind of discount for what happen, said that they don't do that. So we don't no if he is in the grond or not. This was a very sorry job, and no one need to go throw this. A sorry company. And for a manager not to call you back, is bad.
