I didn't get the service I payed fo

Order flowers for a funeral 6-19 for 6-20 to be at Baldwin fairchild funeral home 7520 Aloma Ave. Winter park, FL. 32792 (407) 677-5091 for 10:00am service. I recieved call on my cell at 11:06am that went to voicemail, telling me that they didn't get the flower to the funeral home before the service and so what did I want them to do? I was at work and didn't the message until 12:00 that day. I called to findout what happened and to what they could do. The best the flower shop could do was send them a home address. I wasn't happy, But what could I do. I said yes and was told that the flowershop would be sending the flowers to the funeral home and from there would be sent to Robert Curtis & family. Problem is the flower shop didn't sign in at the funeral home, just dropped the flowers off and didn't tell anyone at the funeral home. The Curtis funeral had finished and was now at the cemetery with all the flowers that the family wanted to take home with them and the rest went to the grave site. The funeral home didn't find the my flowers until they came back to the funeral home. So I called the famly in Flordia and told them the flowers would be coming to the house. Robert Curtis: 2773 Bolton Bend Orlanda, FL. 32817. That evening 6-20, But didn't get delievered to the house at all. I know because I called the family on sunday morning 6-21 and6-22 also no flowers. I sent a e - mail to flower shopping.com and told them how upset I was and that I wanted my money back. I also told them I wanted to speak to a manager. Finely talked to a man named Bob (didn't give a last name to me). Well Bob was so rude I was just shocked. He said the flowers did get to the funeral home and he wasn't going to argue with me about it. He used the vaguer f—k word 3 times to me and told me he didn't have a emotional attachment to this as I did and hang up on me 2 times. I called him back because I wanted to be sure and ask him if he hang up the phone. He said yes. I didn't get the service I payed for and surely didn't need Mr. Bob (who ever) to use profanity. I was at work at the time and my boss heard me talking to Bob. Bottom line is Bob feels he need tnot refund my money. I called the funeral home to find out if my flowers did get there. I talked to Funeral Director: Milly, Who said yes the flowers arrived sometime after the Curtis funeral was at the cemetery. Just dropped off and all flower delieveries are to be signed in. But flower shop didn't bother to do so. Why not? I don't want this to happen to someone else too. Bob needs to learn how to treat a customer with respect and without profanity. Going through a death in the family is hard enough.
