National Recreational Properties Inc lied when they told us if we decided not to move to Hot Springs Village the property would easily sell because of the Golf Courses and other amenties.
After a year we have decided we cannot move to hots springs, and we have tried to sell the property through an agent in hots springs. We are being told there is a gulch of property in the area because a lot of people have lost property due to foreclosure by NRPI.
We are requesting NRPI take this land back to their inventory and the may keep the money $3,500.00 as a lesson learned.
