I purchase 3 lots for $14,900.00 each that is worthless

Hello, I purchase 3 lots in Hot Springs Village, Arkansas. I hear about it on the Tv I didn`t have much money. I thought it would be a great investmest. They flew me and my wife out to see the properties. They was very convincing how the property was growing and the population was building. We went to a presentation and a boat ride showing us all the nice things about the property golf courts, lakes, nice homes on lakes. After that I was convince, its a nice place I purchased 3 lots each at $14,900.00 about $45,000.00 total that we financed. I managed to make the payments with 2 kids doing that time. Now that 5 to 6 years passed times are hard I want to sale 2. The realtor in Hot Springs Village is telling me National Recreational Properties was a scam they ripped off so many people and left.
