Beware buyers - national recreational properties/ocean shores.
This is a total ripoff.
In reading a previous complaint by a lady named Alysson in Los Angeles, California. I myself purchased a piece of land from NRP/OCEAN SHORES INC FOR $54,700.00. I was informed by a real estate agent that my property was purchased by NRP FOR $15,000.
I called NRP (1-888-849-2900) and of course Mr. Erik Estrada's voice came upon, of course it was a recording but his message stated that someone would be right with me, then a women's recording voice came upon stating that I would have to leave a message and someone would return my call. We'll that never happened. Three attempt were made at three different times and no one ever returned my call. I too would like to fight this and make sure it doesn't happen to any more innocent people. This has made my life miserable and it's been a big hardship on my behalf both emotionally, physically and financially. All I would like is my money back in full. So if you guarantee your word national recreational properties, then you will reimburse me or just take the property back. T h i s h a s b e e n a t o t a l n i g h t m a r e.
