I purchased property from National Recreational Properties, Bella Vista - (NRPI) October. After further research, which I should have done prior, I have found that the sales were a scam. According to reports, Bella Vista supposedly purchased these lots at prices FAR below what they are actually worth and selling them at 2,3 and 4 times their actual worth.
The NRPI offices located in the Bella Vista area has since closed. As this country is in a recessive state, I am experiencing extreme difficulty making the payments to Concorde Services (servicer to NRPI).in addition, after contacting the Bella Vista Clerk's Office, the supposed "property" that I am paying for is not listed with the Clerk's office. This information has me terrified that perhaps I am paying for something that isn't mine nor has it ever been. Concorde Services has increased their collection procedures, i.E. Calling every day.
I would like someone, anyone to let me know if there is ANYWAY I can sell this "property" or at the VERY least file some sort of action. I am in dire fear of my credit report being irreparably damaged.
If anyone can help or has further information regarding what I may be able to do, it would be most appreciated.
