Purchased a vacant residential lot in Hot Springs Village from NRPI after receiving a letter in the mail from NRPI and Erik Estrada. When I inquired about the value of the lot a few days ago from a local HSV Realtor, here's what I found out. The lot that I paid almost $20,000 for in 2006 was worth aprox. $1500 when NRPI purchased it a few months before, along with hundreds of other lots in Hot Springs Village. NRPI jacked the prices up to $15,000-$50,000 and sold them to unsuspecting individuals like myself.
