I would like to hear from you both. I am in the same boat with you, We bought the land in Pagosa Springs, Colorado in and try to sell it, found out from the real estate agent over there that the value of the property is half of what NRPI sold to us for.
They ripped us off, I need to know how to fight back, because I called NRPI to take back the loan or lower the interest rate or something, because we are going through a hardship, could not afford to make the payments any more and did not want to fall through forecloser. They said that there is nothing they could do to help us. I need to joint the law sued, if there is one. NRPI needs to give us our refund back.
