This mobile home park is located in Sandston, Virginia near the Richmond, Virginia airport. Is is a nice mobile home park except for their front office personnel, who are extremely incompetent. They will not hesitate to raise rental fees every year. They will not help you when it comes to maintenance issues. They will not hesitate to give you a ticket for yard maintenance or some other minute issue.
Their hours are supposed to be 9 to 5. But rarely can you find the ladies in the office during those times. Forget about finding them on a Friday. This park also has a problem with the teenagers and pre-teens stealing and doing damage around the mobile home park. If you are in the Richmond, Virginia area looking for a mobile home park to move to, I implore you not to move there. I was glad to get out of that place and they won't give me my deposit back for the lot I rented from them.
Their boss-who mind you, is located in Michigan-and I cannot understand why he would be all the way in Michigan, when they are in Virginia-is also worthless. That is why he is in Michigan-just to collect the money. He is just as much as loser as his office personnel. So you can't deal with him and get any satisfaction either.
