American Residential Communities & We have lived at Collingwood Mobile Home Park Community for 2 years. We own our mobile home on some loan arrangement that American Residential Communities has set up. We can not move the mobile home. However, this is the highest price mobile home park any where in this region. Today we had a big snow storm - at 11:00 am no snow plow has come by. This is a health and safety issue. When the park switched over to a new water system - there was a water surge that broke my hot water heater and the water main valve under my house. They stated anything above ground was mine to fix. I did replace my hot water heater myself (which was only 5 years old - as is the house) however, after threatening to call the health department because I had been with out any water for 5 days they did repair the very cheap valve within minutes. So I pay $365 a month to park this mobile home here and get water and sewage. For the price I am paying there should be much better service and some perks.
