I ordered B-Buckles and asked for it to be shipped faster for an extra fee. I waited two weeks and contacted them. They never provided a tracking number for this. I was contacted by them and they said it would be looked into and that the one product I wanted was out of stock so I had to choose another one. After waiting back from them for another week, I sent them an e-mail and even called them, but no response. It was after I contacted the better business bureau that they answered me in an e-mail. I wanted my money back even though I finally had received the merchandise. I was going to sent it back and they had agreed to refund my money, but never did.
