I ordered 2 pair of boots in the end of November. After 2 weeks I contacted them and they told me it takes a little time to send them. I kept contacted them and got different answers. They told me they had guaranteed they were sent out and must of got lost but could not provide a tracking number. Then I saw it was in process. I never received them for Christmas and still waiting. They sent me a tracking number finally and said they were shipped out. When I went to track the page was blank. I contacted USPS, UPS, and Fed Ex and now had that tracking number. They guaranteed me again after that they had been sent out but must of got lost again. I asked them to track them which should be easy but I haven't heard back from them. I also just ordered a tablet from them. It was sent out timely but when I received it the product was not American supported. It came with a foreign guide book, Cd, and non American charger and plug in for the computer. When I contacted them they said they sent the wrong one out and they no longer had that in stock. I never received a shipping receipt for any of my items either. I was told to ship it back at my expense and they would credit me once they received it. They always have excuses. So because they sent me the wrong product I have to pay to send it back.
