I ordered 4 SS bimini top buckles and got them less than a week later. Two of them took force to open, and then they wouldn't close. I replied to the order confirmation asking they send two replacement buckles. I left phone messages on two separate days. On the third attempt, their phone message box was full, and I could not leave another message. I filed a dispute with my credit card company, and never got a response from TurquoisInc.com. My credit card company then said their response was that they had no record of my having returned the parts so I still owed them money. Scam, scam, scam. NO customer service at all!!
