Sprint is trying to get me to pay 425.00 for a check that was returned. I had 2 cheks that was returned for 400.00, I payed with my credit card the 400.00 to cover the 400.00 but sprint told me I cover 1 check for 400.00 but need to cover the other which is 400.00 plus 25.00 NSF but my total bill was 654.17 and the balance should have been 254.17 after a payment of 400.00 sprint disconnected my phone 3 days later for a past due amount of 425.00 which should be 254.17 I was told that it was because of a returned check for 400.00 plus 25.00 NSF fee I contacted sprint about it spoke to several managers and non was able to help they all told me there is nothing they can do until I cover the 425.00 I couldnt even make payment arrnagments for the 254.17 some of the managers was pretty nasty rude and didnt have a care in the world. I spoke with over 5 mangers and several reps and non was any help. I think its a scam for me to pay something that isnt right. Sprint need to stop trying to rip people off!
