I came home to find a man in my yard. Tried to call police but phone only works outside (sometimes) it will say i, m roaming & make no calls. I have been to metro store many times to reset? Fix phone. I had to go to front of my home to call police, the robber came to front with a weapon, my husband &to small children had pulled up during all this, we are all scared, the man was arrested, but need my cell to work in my home all the time not sometimes, i am ready to call local media, because this man is crazy & may come back&i need to call 911. I want this matter taken care of, i pay my bill on time i have 4 (different) cells with this company. If he comes back&i cannot call 911 & something happens to my 3children, husband or myself i will hold metro pcs responsible, we are so scared we can, t sleep, we even got a dog, no matter what my cell (our) should work at our home at all times, i should be able to call 911, &its not the phone, we have the cheapest to the best. I am really upset, how would you feel if this was your family, what if your 3 children sleep in same room because they think the phone will not work and that crazy guy is out & said he, ll be back to kill us??? Try to call me, it works sometimes or straight to voice mail, if someone gets killed trying to call 911 & their metro pcs cell is not working at that time, i believe thats your companies fault & the media will most likely too & love to run that story.
