Sprint Mobile Phone Upgrades/Termination - Sprint mobile phone provide

Sprint has the most unprofessional incompetent personnel working for them. I strongly suggest you move services when your contract is up (and it will not be communicated to you) or never go to sprint for service.
In May and June of I tried to upgrade to a new phone through three different phone calls before my upgrade became available on July 1st. On July 2nd, I went into the Spint store to try to upgrade to a new phone while shopping two other cell phone services. Sprint employees in all cases were unwilling to keep me as a customer as all I was asking for was a free activation fee that the other companies were willing to do as the phone was the same charge for all 3 companies. On July 3rd, prior to activating new phone with different company I called Sprint one more time to stay with them and asked for a manager to communicate my dissatisfaction. Not one employee on the phone or in person communicated I would have a termination fee. On July 8th, I went into the store and talked in person to employees and a manager about the buyback program and termination. Neither the employees or the manager on the phone communicated the termination fee. Also, all 3 people I was in contact with gave different information about the buyback program that is Sprints. On July 9th, I talked to the accounting department specifically about my bill. That person never communicated about the termination fee. The first time I see the fee and am aware of it (this is not on the sprint bill online either - only all the information about upgrading) is when I receive the bill available through email on July 19th. Sprint employees and managers must be in the business of holding back the truth to customers especially long time customers so their company can receive a minimal amount of money in fees.

Desired Settlement:
Waiver of the $50 fee. Educate personal on all sprint programs so information is consistent to customers. Sprint Company policy that communication must be made by employees, managers, and noted on the bill for customers at all times during upgrades and termination communication or they fees are waived.
