Had 3 replacement phones and still the same problem. Trouble ticket opened for over 90 days and still not resolved. Spoke with supes, managers, retention dept, and still the same results, Nothing! All I wan tis a workng phone and for reps to stop guessing what could be worng with the phone. Every company has an exception. If they don't want to do anything like replacing the phone to a new one after so many problems and believe i'm still going to pay a bill then I rather toake them to court and they will pay more out of pocket expenses. Which one is easier?
