I have a Blackberry Bold, less than one year old. It has been replaced now FIVE times by the warranty department for various defects that have been verified by RIM (the manufacturer). Very extensive support records. ATT refuses to replace the phone with another comparable Blackberry (one with Wi Fi - the reason I bought the phone). Their best offer is to replace with ANOTHER Bold - or an older, not comparable Blackberry... This has been an excruciating experience - and once I go through my accumulated roll over minutes, I intend to switch to another carrier. Customer service agents were friendly, and apologize - but NEVER seem capable of resolving the problem. 5 PHONES now.
