I am on the shrinkage plan I have had this plan since Oct. 17. Every 6 months that you pay your bill on time it is lowered by $5 until it gets to $35 a month. I have had to call Boost numerous times to remind them that my bill should have been decreased and that I should be refunded for the extra money I was forced to pay to keep the phone service on. Every time I make a payment the computer doesn't count down but rather continues to say every month that I have 3 months left of on time payments before the bill shrinks. It has been an ongoing issue for quite some time. I finally got someone who brought my bill down to $40 like it should be but they won't refund or credit the over payments I was forced to make. And my bill which should be $35 next month is not going to be fixed, I'm still going to have to overpay by $5 because they claim they lost my payment history. Is anyone else going through this?
