After I Moved to a new town, I could not complete calls. I was constantly dropped. I called numerous times to complain. I went to the AT&T store and got a booster box. No help! I had to install a landline. (non AT&T) I finally got to Verizon and switched service because AT&T could not complete calls. I have not been dropped ONCE since I switched and that had the gall to take 537. Out of my account. I called to complain and they left me a phonemail saying it was not their problem..
