Purchased phone & service on 10/4. Got home and I had no service in where I live. Why they couldn't tell me that first is beyond me. I retured the phone 2 days later. It was never used. I had paid by 2 checks. They told me I would receive my refund in the mail. The checks cleared my account weeks ago, and I still have no refund. I called metropcs and they could not get into my account with the password I initially provided, so I was told I have to go back to the original store. That store is 40 miles from my house. I think someone at metrcpcs can access my account and let me know the status of my refund. I will call the beter business bureau and find the email for the vp of metropcs and let him or her know what is going on. My Name is Patricia Ramos. The phone number on the account was 386-320-2203 and was purchased at the 104 N. Nova Road location in Daytona Beach.
