Customer service sucks on MetroPCS! They say, "to keep prices low we cannot transfer your call to a live representative." Boost Mobile has lower prices & better customer service. People, it's time to change from MetroPCS. Every call I have made to MetroPCS has been unsatisfied; & I know I'm not the only 1. Try getting in contact with customer service; very difficult, & that's only if u r a customer without having any balances due. I have automatic payments to b deducted from a credit card, they couldn't charge the credit card becus their system made a mistake & disconnected the cell. I called to pay & fix their mistake but I cannot speak to a live representative until I pay. How ridiculous!
