They have the worst service when it comes to repairing your phone. How does one dept not know or cannot read notes left by another. And why can't supervisors have access to resolving your issues without using common sense. Also why do they always state there's no number for the Exec ofice and Customer Realtions, you have to write. If your a paying customer why can't you have a working phone? They teach the customer service reps to speak by the book, so when they can't answer they keep repeating themselves and unsure of how to answer the customer... Disgusting and yo call this professionalism in the corporate world?
