Metro PCS service and web site issues - Metro PCS Phones and service

MetroPCS is in need of major changes to make them a viable alternative. I have 3 phones with MetroPCS for our family and while reception is OK, if you go outside of major cities you cannot connect. I found out the hard way that before you leave your home on a trip you ALWAYS need to dial *228 which gives you a place to so-called update your roaming list. I did not know this and was stuck (car problems) in a remote area and could not get connected at all. After getting to a city, I contacted Metropcs and they said I needed to put additional dollars into what they refer to has MetroConnect and that would allow me to use Travel Talk at 19 cents per minute plus taxes. Finally got a connection from the city I was in. I went to the MetroPCS web site after returning home and tried to get more info., on the Travel Talk matter. There is virtually no information on their website about needing to put money into an account which is referred to as Metro Connect. If you go into the Metro Connect area of their web site it indicates that putting money into Metro Connect will give you the ability to add ringtones, down music, etc. Nothing about how it relates to the Travel Talk matter. Next problem once I on my own figured this out I put $20.00 on my daughters phone as she is in college 200 miles from our home outside Atlanta. When I did this to her phone number online, I got an email saying $20.00 was added to MY PHONE number not my daughters, tried to go back online to MetroPCS online and it said my account was LOCKED and to select "change password", did this and got a text message on my phone with a temporary password, went back to MetroPCS with entering the new temporary password and provide a new password of my choosing. Did this correctly and tried to sign in again, and guess what got message saying password not valid, so I had to do this hole mess 3 times until I finally got into my account and did see where the $20 I applied for my daughters phone under Metro Connect was correct.
