I purchased 4 phones from Metropcs on 3-10-12 each phon had a 30.00 rebate, I activated the phones on 03/17, and mailed the rebates on 03/19, in on large envelope, however one phone was defective and was replaced in a metro store, i received only 2 rebates for a total of 60.00 the other two are coming up invalid they say they do not qualify for new service rebate, i wrote them and never heard a word back, i contacted them through live chat, they only have one which they said i would receive, the other they said i had to contact another number, which i did and was given the run around, all 4 phones where valid for the rebate, so they are just ripping me off for the rebates, is there anyone i can contact?
