This all popped up after I submitted my complaint, but maybe this will help in some sort of resolution. Understand that I am comitted to providing a service for my children's computer, but the education that I was forced into with At&t has made me want to continue to the point of voicing and changing service, including phone, rather than deal with a company that not only would allow a customer to have to go through this, but to be ignored with plicy statements and air filled apologies and given an offer of cancellation as a form of remedy instead of helping me find the one person out of all that didn't ask for a good responce when I got my e-mail from At&t rating service. I mean, what am I supposed to respond to? Yes they were polite, but no they were of no help whatsoever except for one, no two people. The helper and her supervisor. That person, Breanne, should be applauded. She was the one person that was even close to being competent enough to help an idiot like me. Truthfully the other's just went down the list of helpfull hints and none of them worked. To the point of shuffeling me off to tech support also knew that the DSL help was insuficient.
