Well, they have my phone like all of you and then low balled me on my mint Touch cellphone by 50 dollars. I accepted their offer and have had no response via email direct or thru their website. Have file a complant with BBB but with an F rating and 36 cases i am moving forward in starting my claim with United States POSTAL SERVICE MAIL FRAUD AS THEY ARE USING their service to complete their Fraud. Join me and lets put this crook behind bars. See your local postmaster for help. USPS has the power to track them down and we will never see or recieve reinversement. Lets fight back. Feb. 25
