I have called about refunding my over payment. I spoke with many personnel from India, NJ PA. And still I can not get my refund. Michelle gave me a ticket number, I was also informed that the check was in the mail. The last time I made a call was today Oct 28 at 1715hr. Spoke to Lori in FL. She gave me a number to call in PA. I called and was placed on hold for over ten minutes then hung up. I did find the CEO name on the BBB files. With a PO Box 11328 in St. Peters-burg FL. No phone number. If you can help I would appreciate it. It's only 14.99 that I am asking for. If I owed them this long, they would put a lien on my home. Plus interest.
