Cheap Plan but Representative Hung Up and No Feedback Option

The good thing about T mobile is that it is cheap. The bad thing is that you pay for what you get! The customer service sucks. They are instructed to hang up on you if they don't like your request. Kandis from customer service hang up on me on 02/05/09 around 2 pm. And there is no way to send a feed back to customer service of T Mobile.
