The reason of my message is because I am very dissapointed about your services, back in December 22nd, I went to a Verizon Store in West Covina, Ca, to upgrade 3 of my Verizon Lines, my interest was to get the turbo droid or Galaxy 6, however I was convinced by the agent and Manager to upgrade to 3 Galaxy Note 4 since at the moment Samsumg was offering a $200.00 Visa rebate for each line upgraded. So I did, As of now, almost 7 months from purchase nothing has been received, I had been to the store several times, sent emails to verizon and Samsung, made calls and had no answer, just now your agent Fernando said sorry but that was nor a promotion and there is nothing I can do.
I had been a costumer with Verizon for 15 years with six lines and 2 tablest which also upgraded with samsung, never had a problem like this before, and the last thing I want is having to sue your company for false advertising, I believe in your promotions and the positive response I will get from you.
