Complaint / review text:
I was having issues with my Samsung Galaxy iPad almost since i bought it. I contacted Verizon and the first of many contacts told me that they would send me one and then i should return the old one. After several days i finally received any empty box. Upon contacting Verizon i was informed that the box was for the iPad to be sent back in. I again contacted Verizon and they said that it was not done that way even Samsung would not do it that way.
I told them this was told to me by one of their employees and i was informed that he was not correct. I contacted Samsung and they told me that it is done that way. After several words were exchanged through another call to Verizon, i reluctantly agreed to return it and i was told that it would take 4 to 5 days turnaround time. Well i still do not have it. I have been told that it is waiting to be shipped out, lost the box, it is not being sent it is in for repair, after i told them that i was promised a new one and told "they don't replace, they repair." As of last night i was told that it had been sent out by Samsung but with no tracking number. I called Fedex and they could locate nothing in anyway.
Well, this is a generalization of the problem not even in depth detail. Do you want to do business with Verizon. This is my last contract i know for sure.
