Galaxy tablet will not work

I was sold a Samsung Galaxy Tab at Verizon. I was told it would hotspot 5 computers, I have tryed to use it for 5 weeks now and it will not hotspot. I have only been trying to hot spot one. I have been sent a second Tab and it will not hotspot, Verizon will do nothing about this they keep saying that it shows it is working. I have taken the Tab into the Las Vegas store and showed them that it will not hotspot. Yet they dont offer anything to help. I just want to warn people that the Tab doesnt work as they say it will. Verizon dosent seem to care after the sale. BE CAREFUL do not buy one of these and be care of VERIZON.
