I recieved my new window phone in the mail sunday 12-8-13 with no internet connection. I called mtro customer service line a total of 4 times including speak to a supervisor. Today is thursday 12-12-13 and i still have no internet on a window phone a phone that is a major computer phone. I had to put in a ticket and still waiting i more day to call metro for the 5th time tomorrow and see what metro says. I just wanted a refund or be able to go to the mtro store a trade this crap phone in and no i have to wait. I can't to anything on this phone but make calls but yet they expect me to pay a bill with everything unlimited with all i have is text and calls i don't think so.
