Customer care unable to resolve problem from last 3 months - samsung grand GT19082

%u2022 I purchased a samsung grand mobile on 28/02. After a month the handset started giving problem. There was some problem with its charging and battery. On 25/03 i gave it to the costumer care to resolve the issue... But they somehow solved the problem and returned it back to me after couple a days. After 3-4 days the set again started giving same problem. Basically till date I have submitted the set 4 time officiaaly. The last time when i submitted my mobile was 28/07. And i haven't got it back till today. Also the touchscreen have been physicaaly damaged and no one is listening in customer care no. They are just saying your set have been repared... And u go an collect it from the customer care. But when i went to collect the set they didn't fixed anything... And the set was kept untouched by them. I feel cheated in this case and was planning to file a case against this behaviour of the company. Now I don't want my handset back... I want my money refunded... If you could help me in refunding the money I would be deeply thankful to you... Otherwise i would be left with no other choice than to file a case against the company claiming whatever must be legally provided. The bill no. Along with date are as follows... For your beneficiary... 415228277 on 25/05 4154172181 on 23/06 4156246377 on 27/07 and 4156374800 on 28/07. When i purchased the set it costs 21,500 and now the price has fallen... So any solution other than refunding of my amount will not be suitable for me...
