I had deposited my mobile at shivam care at address:-, F/F, Ananddham Complex, Near S.T. Stand, Veraval-362265. Ph:. 02876-222234 E-mail:. [email protected]. On date:. 10/04 in the warranty period. The shivam care represented that give status copy and gave insured that your mobile will be repaired in 4 days or we will call you if repaired before four days but no one called from shivam care after 4 days. After 4 days I gone to Shivam care center at 14:00 on date 16/04. He found my mobile every place of his shop but not found then finally he had replied that my repairer had gone and taken out of the city perhaps he taken your phone with him he tried to contact him but not. Then, he told me to come back at 21:00 I came at 22:00 then, he tried to start the phone but display was not coming so, he told me to come at 17/04. So my complain is that samsung had waste my time and given wrong promise of warranty and how can the repairer can take phone with him. Now how can I believe at Samsung care. If I am not satisfied whenever my phone will given to me back. Now how I can compare samsung with nokia and how to suggest to buy samsung products in my friend circle. I hope you will do better early in favour of me of as regular costumer.
