Complaint / review text:
To the concern, i bought a new samsung tablet on 4th oct 2013, since date i was having trouble in charging the tablet. I brought it to the attention of the service centre on 16th october & mailed to samsung CEO regarding the same.in reply they said my phone was charging well & i could collect it anytime. On 19th october I brought my handset back & put it on charging, it was yet again showing the same problem. Again I sent the phone back to service centre on the same day. Now I am asking for a replacement, only to find out they cannot replace my set, coz the service centre people say, there was never a fault with my phone, it was working fine & only I wanted the job card, thats why they gave me the job card. I have been using samsung mobiles from a long time & didn't expected such a behaviour from samsung i. E such a big brand. If samsung has given me a defected handset its samsung responsibility to replace my handset as soon as possible. But NO, they dont care about customer satisfaction, all they care about is there own rules & regulations. I have mailed them several times for a satisfactory solution but all I get to hear is a big NO. Today my trust on samsung has faded away & I will in near future be very careful, not to buy any samsung products coz samsung's after sales service is very poor. They dont care about there customers.
