I purchased a new contact/w t-mobile in March and purchased a Samsung Galaxy

S ii for the full purchase price with the plan. 3 months later I had a problem that the phone would not hold a charge. They put in a new battery and problem persisted. I was ordered a new phone w on Wed July 4th. Which arrived on Friday. Brought it to the t-mobile store had it all set up, contacts, pictures. Using it that day. There was a problem with the key lights not staying on even under setting always on. Brought it to t-mobile storer on Sunday and was told they needed to order me a new phone, Got the phone today Tuesday went to t-mobile to have it set up only to have the same exact problem again. I called t-mobile customer care and the woman talked me through all different steps to try to correct the proble. She even put it at factory reset... Didn't work. So now she tells me only thing she can send me is another of the same phone, This is my 3rd phone in a week!!! The policy is 3 lemons within 90 days they are supposed to give you a different comperable phone. I was told there were no others available. The sofware was just updated and I wonder if that is part of the problem. I'm not settling for a new broken phone a week. A disgraceful show of cuswtomer service.
