Complaint - mobile hand set

Dear Sir
I have purchased a samsung mobile from a dealer of samsung mobiles. Details are as below

Within 7 days I reported my dealer "Sound King" that my handset hangs oftenly. He said to switch off the mobile and than charge it. After some days the problem repeated and than he reset factory settings and said that now problem has resolved but problem was not solved.
I would also like to inform you that I am an employee of ICICI bank service hours 8am to 8pm so I cannot pursue him regularly for it as shop and service centre centre are closed when I become free from my bank service. Now I went to shop of sound king that problem is still in my hand set he assured me that he will solved that problem by giving my mobile to service c entre after it I handover my mobile on 14/06 to dealer Sound King so that he can deliver the mobile to service centre. He repaired my hand set by service centre and return it to me on 15/06.

But after using all these solution problem is still remained in my hand set.

During this tenure I also lodged a complaint on Toll free no. Of customer care on 21/06.

But none of them can satisfy me. Regarding my complaint. One of Them gave me no. Of Mr. Ashok Kumar (Area Service Manager) He suggested me to give the mobile to service centre so the problem can be resolved.
Now I personally went to samsung mobile service centre "Customer Care" Address: Opposite Surender Piau, Chopra Katla, Rani Bazzar, Bikaner. On 21/06 and met the Manager Mr. Ravi Shastri assured me that "there is problem in motherboard of mobile hand set and he will repair it by replacing mother board. As the part is not in stock so I have to keep my hand set for 5 days." I gave my mobile to him. He repaired the same by work order no. 836.

On 25/06 I asked the Manager to give customer feedback form which is not available at the service centre. The behaviour of employees as well as manager of service centre was very rude But anyways On 25/06 He serviced my mobile handset and returned it to me. But now the problem is that output of volume is half and problem of hanging is still in the hand set.
After three months I am facing the same problem and in addition to that it get switch off and restart itself plus there is network problem also. Whenever I make call, network bars reduces one by one and sometime phone disconnects after 1-2 minutes.
Now I want to replace my hand set. Please guide me what to do. Please help me
