Verizon wireless
April 23 Verizon

On April 18 I made a payment by phone for my cellphone monthly bill, spoke with a female representative and after complaining about their service and over fees I was been billed, I asked her to review my account to see if there is any other hidden fee, bill, or other. She anwered that with the payment of $143.10 I would be updated.

On April 32, 5 days after the previous conversation with Verizon by phone, my SERVICE WAS CUT OFF. Verizon said I couldnt pay by phone so I would have to go physically to a store. I spent a lot of time on the road and I had just gotten to Miami to my appointment, I was in the middle of a parking lot, after driven 3 hours, in an unfamiliar area for me (I live in Melbourne).

My fiancee in Melbourne had to run out of work to go find a Verizon store and pay what they said I owed, although they had assured me 5 days ago on the phone, that I was up to date, when I called to cancel or pending bills. Now they tell me they will give me a credit, they apologized but will not put anything on writing.

My only desire is to end the contract with Verizon that started 6 months ago in an unusual way. The dealer got me a messed up arrangement where I gave up my new Iphone 4S payed $99.00 to take his offer of a Samsung Galaxy. What I didnt know was that he also put in the contract that I accepted 2 lines (mine and a ghost one). This means that to get out of the contract, I have to pay twice the fee, meaning $700.00

There is no guarantee that they will not get into another mistake because of my multiple complaints, and just proceed to CUT MY SERVICE AGAIN. At this time, I just want to get out of Verizon and the losses they caused me when they cut my service is more than over their penalty to get out.
