When I first got Virgin Mobile, I was so happy with their service and how inexpensive it was. Now, I have had so many service problems with them, I wish I could afford to leave and go to another carrier. I am pretty much stuck with them until we aren't so poor, but I would not suggest starting up with them. I've been researching other companies and Net 10 has an even better plan. I will probably change over to them when I can, but for now, I'm trying to warn anyone out there, do not join Virgin Mobile. Also, their tower has been out for 3 days and all of the information on their website is incorrect.
