True Ripoff, Over Charge, Rude, Refuse to answer Question Why my bill was so high

I've had Verizon Wireless for my Cell Phone provider for several Years. When we first started the service they were honest our bills were close to the original contract Quote. We made the mistake of adding a new phone for my fiance'. We went down hill from there. Our bill went from $54.95 a month to over $200.00 a month.

My car was broken into over 8 months ago. I am still paying for the service for a phone that was taken from that break-in because Verizon says its cheaper to pay for service instead of canceling that phone because of the $150.00 cancelation fee. They told me it was $9.95 a month but on my bill it's over $31.00 a month.

The Customer Service Rep's that we have talk to at the Asheville Store have all been rude and don't know enough to explain the bill to us. I asked about a new plan with more free minutes, weekends but I end up so upset at our local store I just leave. My bill from November thru December is over $210.00 again this month. I would not advise anyone to use verizon as a wireless provider. What a Ripoff they are. My contract is up in April. I am done with Verizon after then..
