I ported my phone number from Sprint to Assurance on Thur 4/4. I was told it would take 24 hours. I could not check Friday night nor Saturday. When I checked on Sunday, Assurance first put the blame on me for cancelling the sprint account which I did not cancel. I was told that I needed to call Sprint, which I did. Sprint spent 45 minutes with Assurance to fix the problem that Sprint said was on Assurance end. Then after being discontected many times, I finally got a Assurance wireless person on the phone who "activated" my phone. It still did not work. Now everyone that calls my number gets " the number you dailed is not valid. Please check the number"
