I was visiting in Israel for 28 days on June 13 I bought a sim for my HTC phone and a one month service for 120 shequels whch included unlimited calls, text, and data. I informed your representative that I need to have it disconnect on July 5th. He told me no problem. It took about a week to get my internet working, I was on the phone with customer care for hours on a daily basis.in March my brother received a collection letter that I owe 963 shequels. I was shocked to and immediatley contacted cellcom via email. They told me that I never cancelled my service and that I signed a contract. He emailed me a 30 page contract that I didn't even sign or inital. I am furious and disappointed in Cellcom that they are taking advantage of tourists like me. I will definitley fight this matter.
