Why does metropcs not help there customers with the problems they call in about? I have for the past year as a customer followed there guidelines about my serves with the account. I have upgraded as told i needed to do i have payed my bill in advance every month for a year. I have called in to metropcs non helpful customers service line who dodge every problem as if i made it up. And when confronted with the issues they are negtive in there help. I have been ripped off by another cell phone provider again. My account number is 9033065169.. Again the metropcs has failed me as a customer payed them for bad service in and around there Texarkana area and i have been lied to by this company over and over again.
