Hi my name is Anniqua and I am writing this complaint to Metropcs! It really pissed me off with the fact that I had paid my phone bill the day it was due and Metropcs decides that they are going to shut off my phone the next day around 2:30 pm-3:00 pm! What I don't understand is that they sent me a message right after I payed it saying thanks for your payment on so and so! This is really stupid and pisses me the heck off! Metropcs needs to fix their computer system or really do something about this!!!
