I purchased upgraded MetroPCS services. They worked for a while, then stopped - completely stopped. The phone was checkled, but it was not the phone. MetroPCS thought that it was OK for me to be paying in advance for these services, but never able to access those same services no matter how many times I tried - and tried I did! A reputable company would have apologized for the inconvenience and refunded or credited the payments for the services never received. Rip - off!
