Received a debit card as a refund after t-mobile cashed a check made out to another company—my mistake of putting it in the wrong envelope. Was told I would receive a paper check, but got a debit card instead. Cannot get any help from them so resorted to following the directions on the paperwork received with the debit card. Call or go online—cannot access online and the number provided (citibank) is unable to process over the phone and keeps sending me back to t-mobile. Have now spent 7 plus hours with no luck. Contacted their executive office and the number provided to call back has no voice mail for me to respond. If you work for t-mobile and value customer service—GET OUT NOW AND FIND ANOTHER JOB. I doubt any future employer will value your current experience unless they are looking to piss people off.
